Finished up a long second day at the Drive Conference. This morning started out with breakout sessions. I learned that it is extremely crucial to think through your system of volunteerism. As leaders, we have to create the most exciting and fulfilling experience for our volunteers. During the main session, Andy Stanley challenged us to become great through our servanthood. Not even the Son of Man came to be served, but to serve others. The day ended with a road trip that concluded with a surprise barbecue and performance by Jeff Foxworthy. I’ve seen him perform before, but he was hilarious tonight!
