1. Darren spoke at The Bridge. He is not only a great friend of mine, but our first guest speaker in history! He challenged us to be followers of Christ. By following Christ, we fish for men as a result. Wow! What a great message to have before Easter. This weekend is all about invest and invite.
2. Our Easter Bunny was in rare form this weekend. The kids loved it! The buzz has definitely built up for Eggsville. It’s all God. Shout outs to Lenny and JT for being the bunny this weekend. I was dead set against using an Easter Bunny for anything, until I realized that God created rabbits.
3. My friend, James Marshall, dressed up as the bunny this morning. We went to the Silver Spring metro station and gave out the rest of the Eggsville promo cards. Many of the adults loved him. Imagine rushing to work only to have an encounter with a giant rabbit.
4. I’ll be checking out of the blog world for a few days. I’m going to get some much needed rest and relaxation…by the ocean.
