We had our first InsideOut outreach event for The Bridge this past Saturday. The team passed out hundreds of promo cards (just a little under a thousand) for Expression, our poetry, art, and music event on May 5th. Check out our MySpace page for more info. We were encouraged by the response of the people. Not everyone accepted the card, of course. Yet, we didn’t find any of cards in the trash or on the ground! God even allowed us to meet and connect with poets and artists. One young lady walked up to us and started reading poetry! Can you believe that? She even inquired about the church. Pray that God would use Expression as a vehicle to lead people to Him.
